The free pattern comes in two sizes – adult and child. With my free pattern, you can skip the diameter and circumference formulas and get right to the sewing. But it takes a bit of geometry to get the pieces to match up right. If you think about it, a witch hat is basically just a cone shape sewn on a donut shape. The options for embellishment are endless!
